ChamberMate is built by KimesCo Solutions, a software company that's been solving practical operational problems for organizations since 2012. Kevin Kimes brings decades of corporate experience to that work — having built and led several successful businesses, including nearly two decades in the travel and tourism industry — learning firsthand how much friction bad systems create, and what it actually takes to fix it.
That experience could have meant rushing ChamberMate to market. Instead, it meant the opposite. We knew enough to know that Chambers are their own world — and that the only way to build something Chambers would actually trust was to build it with Chambers, not just for them.
So we took our time. We talked to Chamber Directors. We listened to what was working, what wasn't, and what they wished existed. ChamberMate grew slowly and deliberately, shaped by that feedback every step of the way — and it still is today.
